About Michael K. Ryan
Michael K. Ryan earned an MBA from USC (area of emphasis, Real Estate) in 1971. He holds two California State Licenses, a broker’s license and a contractor’s license. He has remained in the field of real estate since graduation from USC, employed as an officer of both privately and publicly-held real estate development and homebuilding companies.
His “real world” experience has proven to be a key element in his expert witness analysis of the case issues and in his courtroom testimony; having been on the winning team 86% of the time the case went to arbitration, judge or jury trial.

- 40 years in the residential real estate Industry
- Ran Divisions for privately and publicly held land development and homebuilding companies
- Over $1,000,000,000 of transactions completed
- Performed over 50 due diligence investigations
- Acquired over 17,000 lots and entitled over 30,000 lots
- Developed 6,500 residential lots
- Built 2,000 homes
- Built over 25 projects as a General Contractor
- Involved in and/or read 200 Purchase & Sale, Option and Joint Venture Agreements
- Sold $350,000,000 of real estate, comprising 6,000 lots and units from 2003 to present
- Performed expert witness services in California, Hawaii, Colorado, and Utah
